Position: Spanish Accounts Payable Analyst

Work Schedule: Night shift Schedule

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
➤Filipino who can speak Spanish and English, written and oral communication skills
➤Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
➤Open to Senior High School, Undergraduate, or College graduate
➤At least 1 year experience in Accounts Payable job
➤Open to BPO industry under Financial Account, Collection or any related job
➤EPractical knowledge of Oracle or other ERP (SAP, JD Edwards etc), a plus
➤Related experience in Shared Services Industry (Business to Business Collections and Accounts Payable

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
➤Responsible to answering financial queries
➤Processing of payments and financial transactions to suppliers and obtaining goods and services from suppliers promptly
➤Analyzes and evaluates progress of measures and provides recommendations.
➤Liaising with finance officers and suppliers concerning stock management, financial records and accounts
➤Communicating with the wider Accounts Payable team and comparing system reports to better manage Accounts Payable processes
➤Verifying expense reports and querying invoice items from internal and external business finance officers
➤Perform other related task if needed
