Position: Japanese Bilingual Technical Project Manager
Location: Manila/Cebu
Salary: Php 100,000 - 150,000

Requirements:
• JLPT N1 - N2 Passer
• 6 months - 1 year of relevant experience or as required by client
• With Software Development, Project & People Management experience Customer centric; familiar with Japan business culture


Responsibilities:
• Monitor team member’s performance
• Provides technical and non-technical support, and guidance to the team in the form of assistance in resolving issues and/or mentoring / coaching
• Effectively communicates status of projects and/or operations to the leadership team and clients.
• Maintain current client relationship (mostly Japanese Clients) and identifying areas for potential clients
• Contacting potential clients to establish a business relationship and meet(face to face and/or online) with them
• Responsible in Project Resource Management that shows ability to handle complex / sensitive issues.
