JOB DETAILS :
COMPANY PROFILE: This is a globally recognized company that provides information and analytics to help professionals make better decisions. The company supports their global operations with tasks like content management, customer support, and technology.

Position: French IT Support Specialist
Industry: Shared Services
Location: Quezon City
Salary: Highly Negotiable
Schedule: Mid Shift | Shifting Schedule
Work Set-up: Hybrid Set-Up (2 days work onsite and 3 days work from home arrangement)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
▶︎ Proficient in French and English language both verbal and written
▶︎ Bachelor's Degree holder is preferred but not required
▶︎ With at least 2-3 years of experiences as a Technical Support
▶︎ Must have experience in Microsoft Office, Active Directory, and Service Now
▶︎ Familiarity with supporting iOS devices, Mac OS
▶︎ Understanding of network protocols for a LAN and WAN including remote connectivity
▶︎ Must be willing to work on Shifting schedule and can start ASAP

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
▶︎ Diagnose and solve issues with single and multi-user systems using maintenance tools and problem solving skills.
▶︎ Establish and adhere to service level response and resolution times for all systems.
▶︎ Coordinate between employees and 2nd/3rd level IT Support for issues not under the 1st Level scope of the Service Desk Team.
▶︎ Effectively communicate to management, team members, and various customer groups.
▶︎ Performs Active Directory and MS Exchange administration which include: user account resets and modifications, add accounts to appropriate security groups, modify quotas on Windows servers, create and modify distribution list, create and modify shared mailboxes, and modify SMTP addresses.
▶︎ Capable of performing individual contributor roles and where needed work in a team environment.
▶︎ All other duties as assigned
