Salary: Php 45,000-Php 75,000

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✨ Proficient in Mandarin and English language
✨ Open to high school, undergraduate, and Bachelor’s graduates (hospitality, travel, tourism, or related fields are preferred)
✨ Relevant experience in a Customer Service environment is mandatory, at least two years is preferred.
✨ A good understanding of travel products, services, and destinations.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
✨ Answering client inquiries, providing recommendations and advice, making reservations, and managing payments.
✨ Resolving any issues that arise during the travel process.
✨ Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
✨ Ensuring that all travel arrangements meet the client's needs and expectations.
✨ Serve as the main point of contact for Chinese/Foreign speaking clients seeking travel services (Inbound or Outbound)
