Job Requirements:
⚡Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accounting.
⚡At least 3+ years experience in fund accounting.
⚡At least 1-3 years supervisory experience.
⚡Experience working in a BPO company is an advantage.
⚡Amendable to work on night shift.

Job Responsibilities:
⚡Established and execute processes and procedures.
⚡Monitor and evaluate all processes and implement improvement.
⚡Monitor and assist team member in daily operation.
⚡Provide reports.
⚡Assist in hiring, selection and training of new team member.
