Position: Japanese HR Admin Specialist - Work from home & Onsite
Salary: P 100,000 (45000 + 55000 = 100,000)
Industry: American HR consultancy Firm
Type of job: Hybrid (Work from home 3 days and work office 2 days)
Account: Human Resource
Location: Work from home for employees
Work Arrangement: Work from home
Schedule: 9Am to 6pm - Japan time zone
Workdays: fixed 5 days only a week (2 days off)
What does an HR admin do?
🎅Ensure accuracy of employee name, birthday, address, job title, job level and more
🎅Responsible on data keeping and collection, update of Japanese employees
🎅Update Japanese employee records on HR file on timely manner when needed
🎅Participate in meeting to improve employee performance and workload management
🎅Identify company issues that can be resolved by HR team
🎅Improve HR processes that will benefit the internal employees
🎅Keep the confidentiality of the employee information and profile, background
🎅Manage HR documents like onboarding guidelines and training schedules
What are the requirements for this role?
🎅Must be Filipino who speak Japanese and English
🎅Must be good in English language
🎅Must be near native or business level of Japanese
🎅Open to N1 passers or candidate with near native fluency
🎅Born and raised in Japan (is an advantage) or having culture is a big advantage
🎅Degree holder of any course
🎅Ability to plan, strategize and prioritize workload
🎅Can use the initiative while working on the management’s given instruction
🎅Maintain good working relationship with employees
