Requirements:
🍀Filipino National fluent in Korean and English
🍀Korean national with permanent visa holder
🍀High School or bachelor’s degree graduate are welcome to apply

Responsibilities:
🍀Assist clients in software and hardware related concerns through email, chats and calls with the use of supported scripts and procedures

🍀Escalate concerns as necessary to achieve customer satisfaction
🍀Must be updated with the current process and should be knowledgeable in providing resolutions to specific concerns
