Requirements:
✅Native Korean can speak speak English
✅College graduate or highschool graduate are welcome to apply
✅CSR experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities:
✅Manage inbound and outbound calls using Korean Language
✅Address client’s concerns through calls, chats and email following SLA
✅Escalate concerns if necessary
✅Maintain data system updated
✅Liaise with the management for technical issues may occur

Job Duties:
✅Responsible for dealing with all customer enquiries
✅Answer inbound calls and emails
✅Complete daily tasks in an efficient and timely manner
✅Maintain accuracy and security of customer information on the database
✅Be a first point of contact to handle and resolve customer complaints
✅Identify and escalate issues appropriately
