Position: Japanese General Travel Staff - CSR
Industry: Japanese Travel Agency/Japanese Company
Location: Makati City
Salary: Php 30,000 - 45,000
Schedule: Shifting
Work Set-up: Onsite
Requirements:
🪐 Filipino can speak Japanese
🪐 JLPT N1 -N3 Passer or Level
🪐 Can work in Makati
🪐 With at least BPO/CSR experience is advantage but not required
🪐 Conversational English is okay
🪐 High School graduates/undergraduates are welcome to apply
Job Responsibilities:
🪐 Be able to communicate with client/s using Japanese language via emails, chat, and calls
🪐 Data encoding
🪐 Online Reservation Management
🪐 Process booking via email or call
🪐 Attend to customer’s requests and concerns via email or call
🪐 Monitor booking schedules
