Company Profile: A freight forwarding Transportation and logistics firm located in Cebu. This logistics BPO is currently providing world class service to their fortune 500 shippers and logistics firm. They are providing a supply chain and customer service centric approach to be the best leading brand of logistics.

Position: Japanese Language Support (Data Analyst)
Industry: Freight Forwarding Consultancy Firm
Schedule: Fixed Night Shift (3pm to 12 midnight)
Salary: Php 80,000
Location: Cebu
Days: 5 days a week and 2 days off (Sat and Sunday off)
Arrangement: Work Onsite (Training is provided)

Duties and Responsibilities:
❤ Audit if all deliveries for Japanese clients have been completed on time
❤ Monitor shipments of Japanese clients and trace the current status and escalate if needed
❤ Investigate delivery issues of Japanese clients if any
❤ Monitor shipments of the Japanese freight forwarding firm
❤ Manage Japanese client’s logistics operations and oversee inventory procedure
❤ Identify the issues based on the data collected and recommend the appropriate solutions
❤ Contact carriers for rates, schedules, delays and more
❤ Maintain a database of client’s companies and carrier’s information.
❤ Handle invoices and billings of freight forwarding partners for adjustment

Requirements:
❤ Can speak Japanese language
❤ Must be Filipino who can speak Japanese and English
❤ Open to JLPT passers and Non Passers (NO JLPT required)
❤ English Language is 70% and 30% Japanese
❤ Must be able to speak English well and Japanese around conversational level
❤ Open to degree holder of any course
❤ Having logistics experience is an advantage but not required
❤ Has exposure in using excel and willing to undergo training if needed
❤ Having customer service background is highly preferred but not required
❤ Can work in Cebu, full time and work onsite
