A Japanese speaking travel specialist will make every Filipino’s travel experience to Japan and other countries amazing.

Position: Japanese Travel SUPPORT (Japanese Speaking Only)

Line: Global and International
Location: Cebu
Schedule: 9am to 6pm / 5 days a week only
Salary: P 30,000 to P 40,000
Languages: 70% English and 30% Japanese

Requirements:
🌟Can speak Japanese (Spoken only)
🌟Can read and write (very basic, Japanese speaking fluency is more important)
🌟Open to candidates who are degree holders but not required
🌟Graduate of any course like Hotel, HRM, Business, Management, Communication
🌟Must have great communication skills since this job involves talking about travel
🌟No experience required but must be willing to undergo training
🌟Must be able to work with Filipino and assist Japanese employees

Duties and Responsibilities:
🌟Answer emails and calls from hotels about Hotel room promos
🌟Book hotels based on customer requested date
🌟Make reservation to hotels and negotiate based on client’s request
🌟Answer emails from customers asking for hotel upgrade
🌟Coordinate with airline and hotel based on customer preferences
🌟Negotiate the hotel rates for group reservations
🌟Do ocular visit to hotels to understand the travel packages
