Position: Japanese Business Development Officer
Location: Taguig
Industry: Recreation Company
Salary: 70,000.00 - 80,000 a month
Work Schedule: 5 days a week(Monday to Friday)
10:00 am to 7:00 pm (9 hours duty including 1-hour break)
Work Set-up: Onsite

Job Requirements:
🌟 Bachelor's degree
🌟 JLPT N1-N2 or Non JLPT Passer as long as proficient in Japanese
🌟 Must know how to speak Japanese and English.
🌟 Must have an experience in Marketing and Sales
🌟 Familiar with E-wallet platforms like Gcash and Paymaya
🌟 Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
🌟 Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
🌟 Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and adjust to changing priorities.
🌟 Must be organized with a strong attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities:
🌟 Responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the organization.
🌟 Conduct research to identify new markets, customer needs, and industry trends.
🌟 Analyze competitors to develop strategies that improve market positioning.
🌟 Establish and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
🌟 Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
🌟 Provide regular feedback to internal teams to improve service offerings.
🌟 Collaborate with the management team to define business development goals and strategies.
🌟 Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement.
