Position: CSR Tech Support (AIRCON)
Company Industry: BPO Company
Work Location: Ortigas Pasig
Salary: Php 30,000 - Php 47,000
Work Schedule: Mid-Night Shift (UK Timezone)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
👉 At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service or Technical Support
👉 Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
👉 Knowledge in troubleshooting air conditioning systems is a plus
👉 Familiarity with BPO processes and metrics is an advantage
👉 Must be amenable to working mid-night shifts aligned with UK time zones
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
👉 Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with technical issues related to air conditioning systems
👉 Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries promptly
👉 Perform troubleshooting procedures and guide customers in resolving technical problems
👉 Document customer interactions and ensure proper handling of cases
👉 Collaborate with team members to improve processes and deliver high-quality support
