COMPANY PROFILE: It is a global professional services company that offers consulting, technology, and outsourcing services.
Position: Customer Service Representative
Company Industry: IT Company
Work Location: Manila
Work Schedule: Shifting
Salary: Php 20,000-30,000 (package depending on experience)
Work Set Up: Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
👉 Must have at least 6 months of work experience in a BPO company
👉 Must be willing to work onsite
👉At least high school graduate
👉 Excellent communication skills, including active listening and precise articulation.
👉 Ability to solve difficulties, resolve confrontations, and escalate situations diplomatically.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
👉 Familiarizing yourself with and staying up to date on changes to our programs and tariffs.
👉 Responding to telephone and email requests in a timely manner.
👉 Providing members and health care practitioners with information on member benefits.
👉 Notifying members about outstanding co-payments.
👉 Providing existing and potential members with information about network providers.
