WORK FROM HOME AND ONSITE
High basic salary and great benefits!
Schedule: 9am to 6pm or Midshift
Language: JLPT not required
REQUIREMENTS:
• Can speak, read and write Japanese language
• NO JLPT certificate required
• Can speak English
• With HR experience but NOT REQUIRED.
• No age limit.
• Open to all gender.
MAIN DUTIES:
• Schedule Japanese employees for training and coaching
• Send quarterly employee assessment and test for enhancement
• Conduct basic orientation and onboarding training for newly Japanese hires
• Coordinate with japanese coach and employees for schedule of assessment
• Check Employee performance time to time and encourage training if needed
• Check the appropriate mentor program for Japanese employees in Japan
