JOB DETAILS :

Position: Thai Customer Service Supervisor
Salary: Negotiable
Location: Makati City
Work Set up: Work On-Site
Schedule: Shifting(9 hour every shift)


Qualifications:
🧨Bachelor’s Degree in business or sales course is advantage
🧨Experience in Customer Service Team Lead or related field
🧨Extensive knowledge in Customer Service Procedures
🧨Can handle team and has strong leadership abilities
🧨Strong interpersonal and communication skills
🧨Ability to work under pressure

Roles and Responsibilities:
🧨Trains new employees in the company's customer service policies, procedures, and best practices.
🧨Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
🧨Overseeing and assessing customer service staff activities, and providing them with regular performance-related feedback
