Job Requirements
📍Open to Japanese that can read and write in Japanese
📍Open to JLPT N1,N2, N3 Passer or not
📍Bachelors graduate and undergraduate can apply
📍Has experience working in BPO Finance or shared services is an advantage but not required
📍Worked as a Financial Analyst before is a plus
📍Willing to be trained and willing to learn.

Job Responsibilities:
📍Responsible for collecting quotations or billings from Japanese clients
📍Providing analysis of the most cost reduction practices
📍Main duty is to process payments for the Japanese counterparts.
📍Analyse the Japanese contract and payment of clients to check the accuracy.
📍Handle payment related questions from Japanese clients
📍Prepare financial reports of collected amounts to higher management
📍Responsible for processing changes to the payment method, guaranteeing accuracy and prompt modifications to their profiles.
📍Responsible for sustaining good client interactions while effectively resolving problems with client inquiries and disputes related to outstanding invoices,
