Position: Korean Customer Service Specialist

REQUIREMENTS:
✅Korean National who are fluent in English living in the Philippines
✅Must be a permanent visa holder or 13A Visa
✅Filipino who are Fluent in speaking, reading and writing Korean
✅Open to Graduates or Undergraduates
✅Customer Service experience experience is a must
✅Willing to talk take calls, emails and chat
RESPONSIBILITIES:
✅Acts as the first point of contact for Korean clients for all work requests
✅Ensure to understand all work requests when received from the client and execute them through the established process
✅Escalate concerns as necessary to achieve customer satisfaction
✅Must be updated with the current process and should be knowledgeable in providing resolutions to specific concerns.
