🌟Japanese Speaker (had Team management experience)

🌟Experience handling team and management of people is important

What are the job tasks of this profile:
🌟Collaborate with Japanese client to develop performance strategies
🌟Attend meetings with Japanese stakeholders to provide consultation to increase KPI and Sales and ensure efficiency of processes
🌟Provide Expert guidance and suggestion to increase productivity of the team
🌟Develop systems to ensure alignment with Japanese stakeholders preferences
🌟Monitors and evaluate performance and propose improvement drivers
🌟Coordinate with Stakeholders from time to time and act as Bridge and Advisors
🌟Ensure successful project delivery
