Position: Mandarin Powerpoint/Graphics Specialist
Industry: BPO Company/Law Firm
Location: Makati City
Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 90,000
Schedule: 5 days a week | Shifting (Rotational/Have graveyard shift)
Work Set-up: Work Onsite

Requirements:
✨ Filipino or Filipino Chinese who is proficient in both Mandarin and English (oral and written)
✨ Open to Foreign nationals with or without a permanent visa
✨ Candidates must at least be HSK 5-6 level
✨ Bachelor’s Degree graduate of any course (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
✨ Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint; Proficient in MS Word and Excel
✨ Experience as a desktop publishing operator or document specialist is an advantage but not required

Job Responsibilities:
✨ Produces, re-creates, edits, and lays out business presentations and documents using MS Office applications.
✨ Translates content from Mandarin to English and vice versa.
✨ Performs page-by-page quality check (red check) to ensure document or presentation is error-free
✨ Documents job progress to ensure that hand-over jobs are completed accurately
✨ Communicate with clients if there are clarifications about their request
