Work Set-up: Hybrid after training

JOB REQUIREMENT:
🎐 Open for Non-Bachelors Degree.
🎐 Has 2-3 years work experience in BPO Industry.
🎐 Has experience as Customer Service.
🎐 Willing to work in a shifting schedule.
🎐 Willing to attend onsite Interview and Assessment.
🎐 Amenable to be train on site.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
🎐 Responsible in for providing good service to the clients of commercial banking.
🎐 Direct contact to all clients regarding the maintenance and servicing across many commercial banking product categories
🎐 Work together with stakeholders to address a client's issue.
🎐 Other task as assigned
