Position: Japanese Team Manager
Language: Fluent in Japanese Language

Salary: Php 160,000 gross
Work Schedule: 5 days (Monday to Friday)
Days Off: Weekends Off
Work Set-up: Work Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✳️ Japanese Speaker (had Team management experience)
✳️ Open to Filipino who speak Japanese (Must have team lead experience)
✳️ Open to Japanese national (Visa is provided
✳️ Fluent in Japanese language because employees speak Japanese
✳️ Can handle a Japanese Account with Team members
✳️ Experience handling team and management of people is importan
✳️ Leadership background is high preferred
✳️ Working experience as a leader from BPO company is a big advantage
✳️ Understanding Japanese Market and performance KPI

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✳️ Collaborate with Japanese client to develop performance strategies
✳️ Attend meetings with Japanese stakeholders to provide consultation to increase KPI and Sales and ensure efficiency of processes
✳️ Provide Expert guidance and suggestion to increase productivity of the team
✳️ Develop systems to ensure alignment with Japanese stakeholders preferences
✳️ Monitors and evaluate performance and propose improvement drivers
✳️ Coordinate with Stakeholders from time to time and act as Bridge and Advisors
✳️ Ensure successful project delivery
