Position: Japanese Technical Support for Medical Devices
Company Industry: Pharmaceutical Company
Work Location: BGC, Taguig City
Salary: Php 100,000 - Php 120,000
Work Schedule: Dayshift/Midshift
Work Set-up: Work Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
➤ Open for Japanese National, Filipino-Japanese, or Filipino who grew up in Japan and are fluent in Japanese (oral and written)
➤ Good communication skills in English
➤ Japanese N1 - N2 Passer or Level (JLPT certificate not required)
➤ Bachelor's Degree in any course
➤ With or without experience in BPO
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
➤ Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests from Japanese clients or customers related to medical device issues.
➤ Provide first-level support in basic troubleshooting across the designated product range by analyzing customer concerns and asking the appropriate questions to support the resolution.
➤ Documenting concerns and inquiries using the appropriate guidelines and procedures
➤ Evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that may positively impact team performance and customer experience.
➤ Perform other task if needed
RECRUITMENT PROCESS (ONLINE PROCESS):
➤ Initial English language interview by telephone
➤ Written assessment via Skype (video monitored)
➤ Video Skype interview with team leader and manager
➤ Language assessment with Japanese client
➤ Job offer
