Position: Japanese Strategic Customer Associate

Work Location: Makati City
Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 80,000
Work Schedule: Shifting (Dayshift/Midshift)
Work Set-up: Work Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
➤ JLPT N2 Passer
➤ Candidates must possess at least a bachelor’s / college degree, preferably from any office-related course
➤ Undergraduates with BPO experience are accepted
➤ At least one (1) year of work experience in customer support, customer services, or other related work is preferred for this position but not required
➤ Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
➤ Answering client inquiries regarding their account status, transactions, trades, withdrawals and deposits, etc. through email and chat.
➤ Informing other staff about the current campaign and how it works.
➤ Endorsement to all departments regarding tasks done and updates regarding daily work
➤ Conduct proper investigation when the need arises (e.g. suspicious emails)
➤ Locate and pinpoint possible errors on Platform, Kanrigamen, Website, etc, and report them immediately to the team leader and/or superiors
➤ Check emails regarding CC errors and respond through Thunderbird
➤ Send proper emails regarding tasks specifically created by superiors/team leaders
