COMPANY PROFILE: This Japanese company has been operating in Manila since 2011 and has expanded its operations in Cebu. They specialise in offsite development, web-based systems, cloud computing, and mobile application development.
Position: Japanese Customer Service

Work Location: Cebu City
Salary: Php 30,000 - Php 60,000
Work Schedule: Dayshift (8:00 AM-5:00 PM) 5 days a week
Work Set-up: Work On Site
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
➤ Filipino who can speak, read, and write Japanese
➤ Can speak conversational English because co-workers are Filipino
➤ Degree Holder of any course
➤ Open to JLPT N1, N2, N3 Passer or Level (No JLPT Certificate Required)
➤ Knowledge of MS Office applications.
➤ Willing to undergo training and orientation
➤ Customer Support background is a BIG PLUS
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
➤ Responding to queries via chat, email, or phone call
➤ Identify and assess customers' needs to ensure satisfaction
➤ Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the appropriate methods and tools
➤ Address customer complaints, offer suitable solutions and alternatives within specified time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
➤ Establish sustainable relationships and build trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
➤ Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file document

➤ Panel/Final Interview with the Japanese speaker colleague and the Hiring Manager
