Position: Japanese Service Desk
Company Industry: IT/BPO Company
Work Location: McKinley, Taguig City
Salary: Php 75,000 - Php 80,000 (Still Negotiable)
Work Schedule: Dayshift
Work Set-up: Work On Site
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
➤ Filipino who can speak, read and write Japanese
➤ Open to N1 or N2, no JLPT required.
➤ Good written and verbal communication skills in the English and Japanese language
➤ Preferably Degree holder of any course but not required
➤ Good computer and IT technical skills
➤ With strong experiences as a Technical Support/Service Desk
➤ Willing to undergo training
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
➤ Receive and respond to Japanese user inquiries and requests via phone, chat, portal and email.
➤ Handles first line incidents from Japanese Users, including troubleshooting, resolution where possible and assignment or escalation of tickets to 2nd/3rd line support teams.
➤ Supports Service Request Management and Service Restoration Management Level 1 of Japanese customers
➤ Resolve issues utilising excellent customer service skills, problem solving skills, technical thinking/reasoning skills.
➤ Develop a comprehensive understanding and mastery of all Service Desk tools
➤ Perform other duties as assigned
