Position: Spanish Content Moderator

Salary: Php 50,000 (Negotiable)
Work Schedule: Shifting | Night shift Schedule
Work set-up: Work Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
➤Filipino who can speak, read, and write Spanish (Conversational Level)
➤Any Foreign National who can speak Spanish with a permanent visa here in the Philippines
➤Can Communicate in English (Conversational)
➤Open to High School, College graduate, undergraduate, or vocational courses
➤With at least 1 year and above Customer Service experience
➤Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
➤Willing to work in a Shifting Schedule
➤Must be amenable to work in BGC, Taguig and on a night/shifting schedule

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and terms of service
➤Identifying and removing content that includes hate speech, violence, illegal activities, or other prohibited material
➤Examine text, images, videos, and audio to identify and remove content that is harmful, illegal, or inappropriate.
➤Enforce the platform's guidelines by removing content that violates them, such as hate speech, harassment, or misinformation
➤Understand the platform's guidelines and rules
➤Collaborating with other team members to discuss content trends and share insights on potential risks
➤Perform other related task if needed
