Position: Spanish Content Moderator

Work Location: BGC, Taguig City
Salary: Php 50,000 (Negotiable)
Work Schedule: Shifting | Night shift Schedule
Work set-up: Work Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
➤Filipino who can speak, read, and write Spanish (Conversational Level)
➤Any Foreign National who can speak Spanish with a permanent visa here in the Philippines
➤Can Communicate in English (Conversational)
➤Open to High School, College graduate, undergraduate, or vocational courses
➤With at least 1 year and above Customer Service experience
➤Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
➤Willing to work in a Shifting Schedule
➤Must be amenable to work in BGC, Taguig and on a night/shifting schedule

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
➤Responding to user inquiries and reports of inappropriate content in a timely and sensitive manner
➤Maintaining a high level of discretion and protecting user privacy when handling sensitive information
➤Documenting actions taken on content reviews for accountability and training purposes
➤Providing feedback to product development teams to enhance content moderation tools and user reporting mechanisms
➤Understand the platform's guidelines and rules
➤Collaborating with peers to ensure consistency in content moderation practices
➤Perform other related task if needed
