Position: Spanish Customer Healthcare Support
Company Industry: IT/BPO Company
Work Location: Cebu City
Salary: Php 60,000 - Php 80,000 gross
Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule
Work Set-up: Work Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
➤Must be fluent in Spanish and English language
➤Open for Filipino or Foreign nationals who have a permanent visa in the Philippines
➤Open for Senior High School, College graduate, and Undergraduate (Completed at least 2 years in College)
➤With or without call centre experience
➤Knowledge of Microsoft server, workstation, and network technologies is a plus
➤Willing to work onsite in Cebu City

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
➤Answer customer phone calls and provide them with the information that they request
➤Answering calls from patients who want to make, change, or cancel an appointment with the hospital.
➤Furnishing members and health care practitioners with details regarding members' benefits
➤Help members with any concerns, questions, problems, or updates regarding their health and benefit coverage.
➤Perform other related tasks if needed.
