Position: Mandarin Warehouse Management Trainee

Location: Pasig City
Schedule: Dayshift Schedule | Monday-Saturday (8:30 am to 5:30 pm)
Salary: Php 40,000 - Php 60,000
Work Set-up: Work On-Site

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✨ Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin at a Conversational level.
✨ Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who can speak English and Tagalog.
✨ Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management or equivalent.
✨ Open to Fresh graduates with Organizational experience during college.
✨ Willing to do field work if needed.
✨ Having experience in warehouse management is a big advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
✨ Receives training and performs duties in different designations such as warehouse, inventory, and operations department. Monitor and assist overall warehouse operations.
✨ Learns line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints, and company policies and practices that affect each phase of business
✨ Meet performance goals and objectives set by upper management
Observe experienced colleagues to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for the performance of departmental duties.
✨ Assist import and export process ( from purchase- transit- arrival in warehouse). Inbound and outbound monitoring of stocks & shipments
✨ Coordinate with suppliers for govt mandated permits for importation
✨ Warehouse safety and government compliance
✨ Handling Warehouse staff and standards
✨ Can do admin-related work
✨ Translating Mandarin to English and vice versa files.
✨ Able to do employee engagement with Foreign Nationals
✨ Can assist the Manager in client meetings locally and internationally.
