Position: Italian Luxury Help Desk Support
Company Industry: Manufacturing Company
Work Location: Lapu-Lapu , Cebu City
Salary: Php 60,000 - Php 70,000 gross
Work Schedule: Nightshift | Shifting
Work Set-up: Work Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
➤Preferably Filipino who is fluent in Italian
➤Open for Foreign National who have a permanent visa in the Philippines
➤Proficient in both Italian and English
➤Preferably Bachelor's Degree Holder but undergrads are welcome to apply
➤Customer Service experience is a plus
➤Willing to work in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu, Philippines

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
➤Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience
➤Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to ensure that watch and jewelry displays are aesthetically pleasing and reflective of the brand’s luxury image
➤Stay updated on industry trends, new releases, and technological advancements in watchmaking and gemology.
➤Offer styling advice, including guidance on matching watches and jewelry with different outfits
➤Offer guidance on quality, gemstone characteristics, and the significance of different metals
➤Perform other related task
