Position: Regulatory Affairs and Compliance Senior Analyst
Company Industry: BPO/IT Company
Work Location: Taguig City
Work Schedule: Weekends Off (Shifting)
Salary: Negotiable depending on years of working experience
Work Set Up: Hybrid Work Set Up

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨Bachelors Degree/Masters Degree holder.
✨At least 3 years of working experience in handling Licensing and Compliance issues
✨Has experience collaborating in US licenses and offshore regulated entities is an advantage
✨Amenable to work in a shifting working schedule
✨Amenable to work on site as requested.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨Managing Third-Party Administrator licenses and collaborating with partners in service delivery and global compliance related to insurance licenses.
✨Oversight and upkeep of license applications, renewals, and central database management.
✨Examine any legal modifications and how they affect licensing applications and renewals.
✨Using current platforms to internally report license maintenance.
✨Collaborating with outside legal counsel to guarantee that all required licenses are acquired, that timely filings are made, and that legal developments are tracked.
✨Verifying compliance with all regulatory standards by working closely with the Compliance team and Legal.
✨Submit pertinent internal and external reports.
✨Organize stakeholder meetings, control risk, support audits, and keep an eye on complaints as mandated by regional legal frameworks.
