Position: Training and Development Associate Manager

Work Location: Taguig City
Work Schedule: Weekends Off (Mid Shift)
Salary: Negotiable depending on years of working experience
Work Set Up: Work On Site
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨Bachelors Degree/Masters Degree holder.
✨At least 5 years of experience in Training and Development wherein 2 years is in BPO Company
✨At least 3 years of experience in People Management
✨Amenable to work in a mid shift working schedule
✨Amenable to work on site.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨Analysis of training needs and performance patterns.
✨Put into practice the training program, approach/methodology, content/learning materials, design/development (where required), and assessment processes.
✨Creates, evaluates, and provides Operation Leads and/or Clients with necessary training reports.
✨Continues to gather and monitor pertinent training data.
✨Helps with team-specific reporting tasks.
