REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✨ Can speak, read, and write in Mandarin
✨ Can speak English (conversational level)
✨ Open to Malaysian, Taiwanese, or Singaporean nationality
✨ Open to undergraduates and graduates of any course/major
✨ Experience handling clients and doing B2B account management is an advantage
✨ Ability to coordinate with Top clients and solve their concerns

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
✨ Responsible for driving and maximizing revenues on assigned customers;
✨ Develop strong customer relationships with relevant stakeholders within the customers;
✨ Act as the main point of contact within the organization for your customers;
✨ Develop sector and market expertise and take a consultative approach to gain a clear understanding of the customer's business drivers and requirements;
✨ Continual monitoring of user feedback to anticipate business needs and forward them to the Product department;
✨ Regularly report KPIs, and status of accounts to the Head of Account Management.
