Requirements :

✨Open to JLPT N3/N4 Passers or Level in Japanese
✨Can communicate and speak conversational Japanese with Japanese Chef
✨At least College level in Hospitality / HRM /Culinary or any related course
✨Kitchen or culinary experience.
✨Willing to work onsite


Responsibilities:

⚡️Responsible for organizing the supplies in every kitchen storage space to ensure appropriate inventory management.
⚡️Must follow the hotel's guidelines when preparing and cooking every dish in his department.
⚡️Manage to monitor appropriate stock turnover or supplies when using ingredients to prevent spoiling or waste.
⚡️Responsible obtains or retrieves requests for supplies and compares all requisitions with the items.
⚡️Responsible for preparing menu items
⚡️Assisting the Japanese Chef de Cuisine in terms of translation or communication.
⚡️Responsible for hygiene & cleanliness, quality, standards in the kitchen
