Position: Indonesian Client Success Specialist |Indonesian Account Manager
Industry: Game Developer Company
Location: Makati City
Salary: Php 145,000 + 40,000 Housing Allowance
Schedule: (5 days a week and 2 days off)

Requirements:
🍀Indonesian national can speak English
🍀With experience in handling client and doing B2B account management is an advantage but not required
🍀Ability to coordinate with Top clients and solve their concerns
🍀Undergraduate or graduate of any course
🍀Ability to manage, coordinate with other departments and provide resolution

Responsibilities:
🍀Coordinate with Indonesian client’s needs and request
🍀Understand the Indonesianclient’s preferences on the mobile app
🍀Directly contact the top Indonesian clients to answer their inquiries
🍀Connect with Indonesian clients and guide them on how to use the platform
🍀Help the Indonesian clients with their decision and suggest proposals.
