Position: Mandarin Management Trainee (Retail Sales, E-Commerce, Sales Department)

Schedule: Dayshift Schedule | Monday-Saturday (8:30 am to 5:30 pm)
Salary: Php 40,000 - Php 60,000
Work Set-up: Work On-Site

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✨ Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin at a Conversational level.
✨ Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who can speak English and Tagalog.
✨ Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any Business Administration or relevant field.
✨ Open to Fresh graduates with Organizational experience during college.
✨ Having work experience in any corporate field is a big plus.
✨ Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Applications

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
✨ Receives training and performs duties in different designations such as finance, inventory, operations, and human resources of the company.
✨ Learns line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints, and company policies and practices that affect each phase of business.
✨ Meet performance goals and objectives set by upper management.
✨ Observe experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for the performance of departmental duties.
