JOB DETAILS :
Company Profile: One of the luxurious hotels in the Philippines that accommodates local and foreign clients/customers.
Position: Mandarin HR Operations Assistant
Industry: Luxury Hotel and Resort
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Schedule: Dayshift Schedule | Monday to Friday (9 am to 6 pm)
Salary: Negotiable
Set-up: Work On-site
REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✅Filipinos who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin
✅Filipinos who can speak English
✅Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related courses.
✅Have related work experience as a Human Resource and Admin.
✅With excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
✅With strong organizational and multitasking skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
✅Responsible for providing administrative support within the designated department to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.
✅Responsible for managing the attendance records of department employees, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of related data.
✅Responsible for organizing and archiving department files, ensuring the completeness and accuracy of documentation, and tracking progress.
✅Responsible for managing the attendance records of expat employees, including sign-ins, leave requests, and overtime.
✅Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal department announcements and notifications.
✅Assist the department in handling ad hoc tasks and projects.
✅Support department planning and execution, such as welcome party activities and other events.
