Position: Talent Development Specialist (Trainer)
Industry: BPO Company
Location: Taguig
Salary: Php 48,000
Schedule: 11PM-8AM
Work Set up: On site
Requirements:
✅ Bachelor degree in any field
✅ Retail or customer-facing sales experience
✅ At least (2) years' of experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or related position
Responsibilities:
✅ Track and compile collected data for training reports
✅ Communicate training needs and online resources
✅ Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials
✅ Test and review created training materials
✅ Instruct team members through training and onboarding
✅ Conduct training through new materials and review employee performance and learning
✅ Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules, costs, and equipment
