JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨Bachelors Degree holder
✨Has at least 5 years of working experience in Training and Development.
✨Has working experience in BPO Industry.
✨Has at least 3-5 years as Team Leader.
✨Amenable to work on site.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨Analysis of training needs and performance patterns.
✨Put into practice the training program, approach/methodology, content/learning materials, design/development (where required), and assessment processes.
✨Creates, evaluates, and provides Operation Leads and/or Clients with training reports.
✨Continues to gather and monitor pertinent training data.
✨Helps with team-specific reporting tasks.
