Position: Curriculum Developer
Company Industry: BPO Company
Work Location: Taguig City
Work Schedule: Nightshift (9pm-6am)
Salary: Php40,000-Php70,000
Work Set Up: Work From Home

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Bachelor’s degree holder in Computer Science/Information Technology, Human Resource Management, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Mass Communications, Advertising/Media, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
✨ With at least 2 years of experience in Curriculum development or instructional designing
✨ With knowledge in Articulate Rise and Storyline360.is an advantage
✨ Amenable to attend interviews
✨ Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ Design and develop instructional materials for training purposes
✨Implement effective learning needs analysis, course development, project management and evaluation program
✨ Develop entry and advance learning materials
✨ Use multimedia technology and other ai tools
✨lead in skills development classes of employees
✨Update existing training materials
