Position: Thai Customer Service Representative
Industry: Online Gaming Company
Salary: Php100,000 - Php120,000 monthly
Schedule: Shifting and 2 days off
Location: Makati City
Work Set-up: Work On Site

Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s Degree holder of any course
✔ Proficient in Thai and English language
✔ Preferably with at least 1 year experience in Betting or Customer Service
✔ Fresh Graduate is also welcome to apply
✔ Amenable to work in shifting schedule
✔ Willing to work in Makati City
✔ Open for applicants abroad

Responsibilities:
✔ Maintaining customer relations
✔ Providing feedback to Supervisor/Head on customer's needs/feedbacks
✔ Preparing and generating reports/relating customer's queries
✔ Handling and replying to customer inquiries through email, phone and a live clients
✔ And all other task assigned by the Supervisor/Head of the Department
