Position: Thai Telesales Team Leader

Requirements:
✔ Thai National in the Philippines
✔ With good English communication skills
✔ Preferably Bachelor’s Degree holder of any course
✔ At least 1 year or above of working experience in a related field has an advantage
✔ Preferably 21 - 40 years old
✔ Willing to work in Makati City


Job Description:
✔ Responsible in implementing sales strategies
✔ Responsible in instructing team members to inform the customers about the products of company and their existing promotions
✔ Monitoring the team performance to achieve excellent sales records
✔ Coach team members on the best ways to carry out their duties by transferring expert knowledge to them to boost their skills
✔ Evaluate team members performance and provide feedback
