JOB DETAILS :
Company Profile: Largest multinational food processing company in the world. Included on the Fortune Global 500 of successful companies. They are looking for Korean speakers to support their employees in the Philippines and South Korea.
Position: Korean HR Administrator
Industry: Shared Service
Location: Meycauayan, Bulacan (20 Mins from SM NORTH, Along NLEX)
Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 80,000
Schedule: Dayshift (Weekends off)
Work Setup: HYBRID (Twice a week RTO)
Requirements:
✅Korean national fluent in English
✅Filipino fluent in Korean and English language
✅Bachelor’s degree of any course
✅With previous work experience in Human Resource or customer service is an advantage
✅Amenable to work in Bulacan
Responsibilities
✅Manage and handle internal and external employee life events including hiring, rehiring, promotion/ transfer and end of employment.
✅Assist Korean employees with their concerns.
✅Maintain employee data changes into systems such as address, bank details, work schedule of the employees.
✅Manage our HR related duties
