Company Profile: Known as a Software development company that offers customized software development, IT managed services, strategy consulting, and cloud consulting.
Position: Vietnamese Customer Service Specialist
Industry: IT/Online Gaming Company
Location: Quezon City
Salary: Php80,000
Schedule: Mon-Fri 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Mon-Fri (Fixed 2 days Weekends Off)
Requirements:
✔️ Bachelor’s Degree holder of any course
✔️ Proficient in Vietnamese and English language
✔️ Preferably with at least 1 year experience in Betting or Customer Service
✔️ Fresh Graduate is also welcome to apply
✔️ Amenable to work in shifting schedule
✔️ Willing to work in Quezon City
Responsibilities:
✔️ Handling and replying to customer inquiries through email, phone and a live clients
✔️ Maintaining customer relations
✔️ Providing feedback to Supervisor/Head on customer's needs/feedbacks
✔️ Preparing and generating reports/relating customer's queries
✔️ Data entries of event results in the systems
✔️ And all other task assigned by the Supervisor/Head of the Department
