Position: Vietnamese Sales Team Lead
Industry: IT/Online Gaming Company
Location: Quezon City
Salary: Php80,000-Php100,000
Schedule: Mon-Fri (Fixed 2 days Weekends Off)
Requirements:
✔️ Bachelor’s Degree holder of any course
✔️ Proficient in Vietnamese and English language
✔️ Experience in sales is necessary.
✔️ Good time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
✔️ Willing to work in Quezon City
Responsibilities:
✔️Manage the overall running of the sales team
✔️Solving customer complaints and answering customers' questions.
✔️Writing reports for senior managers.
✔️Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the team and by assessing the teams’ strengths and weaknesses
✔️Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, and strategies
