Requirements:
❍ Proficient in French language both verbal and written
❍ Open for Native French National with Permanent residence visa
❍ Filipino Nationals can speak, read and write French language
❍ Can Communicate in English (Conversation)
❍ At least two years of college required or completion of a vocational course or any related.
❍ With Customer Service or Sales background

Responsibilities:
❍ Provide assistance and information via phone, web, email, chat and social media regarding orders and request
❍ Review customer accounts and make changes, if necessary.
❍ Listen to customers’ questions and concerns and provide answers or responses
❍ Perform other related tasks
