Requirements:
⭕Japanese level 1, 2 (JLPT Passer or Non Passer)
⭕Experience in any Finance or Accounting
⭕Experience as a Data Analyst or in Research is an advantage but not required

Responsibilities
⭕Ensure business as usual across processes and workflows.
⭕Supports the achievement of Business unit and team performance targets
⭕Identified issues and ensuring follow through/appropriate response is conducted to escalated issues.
⭕Escalate critical issues and provide solutions to TL or manager that affect report delivery and client satisfaction.
⭕Identify & present product, technology and other enhancement opportunities that will help improve overall quality, efficiency and productivity of the team.
