One of the leading financial services company that has a shared service centre here in the Philippines supporting back office needs to to their main companies located around the globe.
Position: Procurement Sourcing Specialist
Industry: Insurance Company
Location: Quezon City
Salary: Php 30,000-Php50,000 (Negotiable depending on years of experience)
Schedule: Midshift
Work Set up: Hybrid
Job Descriptions:
✨Support lead generation in line with business needs.
✨Create and uphold a connection with outside vendors.
✨Conduct discussions and close deals.
✨Ensure resolution of stakeholder questions and concerns.
✨Analyze spending, terms of the contract, and other factors in depth.
✨Defined procurement strategy.
✨Promote the exchange of best practices and assure adherence to category strategies.
✨Coordinate with functional subject matter specialists in Risk, Legal, Finance, and Tax.
✨Track market developments, rivalry tactics, and market suppliers.
✨Other task as assigned.
Job Requirements:
✨Bachelors Degree holder.
✨3-5-years experience in Procurement and Supply Chain in a shared service company.
✨Knowledgeable and have used e-sourcing tool.
✨Amenable to work on a hybrid work set up
