Requirements:
💥 Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
💥 Knowledgeable in any Casino games or experience working in Casino
💥 Communicates professionally at all levels within and outside of the organization.
💥 Patient and able to handle pressure.
💥 With knowledge of microsoft offices such as word/excel and can write basic formulas in excel.
💥 Familiarity or knowledge on online Gaming product/live games/slot/sports betting.

Responsibilities:
💥 Assist in the management and monitoring of the daily basic workload of Telesales Associate
💥 Assist and help the Team solve the problems encountered equipment ,problems/network problems/telephone problems/problems encountered by players
💥 Assist Manager to update reports and data on a daily basis and analyze Team members performance
💥 Assist/conduct final interview
💥 Help coordinate conflict and communication among team members
💥 Help Team members simplify the work process and improve work quality and learning VIP service
